Historique
La façade sur rue de la Gendarmerie a seule conservé ses anciennes ouvertures, au-dessus du rez-de-chaussée. La fenêtre du premier étage a conservé sa croisée, son appui saillant et son encadrement mouluré d'un filet dégagé par des cavets. Les angles supérieurs sont arrondis et la moulure extérieure décrit une petite pointe d'accolade au centre du linteau. Au-dessus de chacun de ses angles est gravé un triangle où fait saillie un bouton. L'angle formé par les deux façades présente un cul-de-lampe polygonal supportant une échauguette polygonale. Deux de ses pans coupés sont percés, chacun, de deux petites fenêtres chanfreinées superposées. Cette échauguette se termine par une corniche abattue d'un cavet et est couverte par un toit en poivrière

History
The street facade of the Gendarmerie alone has preserved its old openings, above the ground floor. The window of the first floor has preserved its cross-mullion, its projecting sill and its moulded frame with a fillet disengaged by cavetto mouldings. The upper angles are rounded and the outer moulding describes a small ogee point at the centre of the lintel. Above each of its angles is engraved a triangle where a button projects. The angle formed by the two facades presents a polygonal corbel supporting a polygonal machicolated turret. Two of its splayed faces are pierced, each, with two small superposed chamfered windows. This machicolated turret terminates in a cornice cut with a cavetto moulding and is covered by a conical roof.
