History
Building constructed in the 17th century by the Beaufort family, retaining, on the interior, decorative details such as ceilings with exposed beams, painted decorations, a large room in Louis XVI style with fireplace and wainscoting. The building presents a complete ensemble of that period. The facade on the town side is composed of a central pavilion of three bays separated by rusticated pilasters; a pavilion at each extremity; between the centre and the extremities, on each side, a part of the building of two bays. The central pavilion is crowned by a terrace with balustrade. A perron of Doric order and with double return permits communication with the first floor.
