History
The belfry appears to date back to the Middle Ages and to have been modified at various periods. It contains an 18th century clock which has retained its mechanism. The construction rises on a square plan and is enclosed within other buildings. Three small windows light the staircase ascent. Below the roof is a small cornice in Volvic stone. The roof terminates in a hexagonal campanile formed of six small columns and a dome. A weathervane crowns the whole.
