Cette maison passe pour avoir appartenu aux Cordeliers dont le monastère se trouvait en dehors des remparts, près de la porte de Bise. La façade présente des ouvertures intéressantes, comme une fenêtre trilobée surmontant une porte chanfreinée ; une porte dont le linteau est soutenu par deux corbelets ; une baie en arc brisé bouchée dans laquelle ont été aménagées une porte et une fenêtre ; une boutique à arc en anse de panier mouluré d'un cavet ; un portail trilobé. Au-dessus de ce rez-de-chaussée, se trouve un premier étage en encorbellement. La façade comporte, sous le crépi, des poteaux entrecroisés de croix de Saint-André.

History
This house is said to have belonged to the Cordeliers whose monastery was located outside the ramparts, near the Porte de Bise. The façade presents interesting openings, such as a trilobed window surmounting a chamfered door; a door whose lintel is supported by two small corbels; a pointed arch opening blocked in which have been fitted a door and a window; a shop with a basket-handle arch moulded with a cavetto; a trilobed portal. Above this ground floor, is found a first floor in corbelling. The façade comprises, under the render, posts interlaced with diagonal bracing.
