Immeuble du début du 16e siècle, exemple de la construction immobilière de cette époque, qui faisait partie de l'hôtel que possédait à Clermont la famille de la Barge. Faisant l'angle de la rue, l'édifice présente une façade sur la rue et deux façades étroites se coupant à angle droit sur la place, toutes trois possédant deux niveaux et un attique. Au rez-de-chaussée s'ouvre un portail à arc en anse de panier, possédant deux vantaux et une boiserie fixe sous l'arc, chacun de ces vantaux ayant une décoration symétrique. History
Building from the early 16th century, an example of the real estate construction of this period, which was part of the hôtel that the de la Barge family owned in Clermont. At the corner of the street, the building presents a façade on the street and two narrow façades meeting at right angles on the square, all three having two levels and an attic. On the ground floor opens a portal with a basket arch, having two leaves and fixed woodwork under the arch, each of these leaves having symmetrical decoration. The portal gives access to a corridor opening onto a rectangular courtyard having, at the back, a façade surmounted by a balustrade. The interior staircase has, on the intermediate landing, two sculpted Renaissance medallions, a man's head on one side and that of a woman facing it.
