Historique
Cette église des 11e et 12e siècle, de plan orienté, comporte un vaisseau central formé d'une nef, d'une travée sous le clocher (transept) et de la travée du choeur que termine une abside semi-circulaire. De part et d'autre se trouve un bas-côté de quatre travées. A la retombée de la voûte en berceau légèrement brisé de la nef, se trouvent des orifices circulaires de vases acoustiques, un corbeau faisant saillie sous chacun d'eux. Chapiteaux aux corbeilles sculptées (feuilles d'eau, palmettes, entrelacs, personnages filiformes enchevêtrés...). Sur la façade méridionale s'ouvre un portail en plein cintre dont l'archivolte est décorée d'un cordon de billettes que surmontent des dents de scie. Au-dessus de cette archivolte, à la clef, est sculpté un cheval. Un arc en plein cintre, de plus grande ouverture, surmonte l'arc du portail, formant porche, lui-même surmonté d'un auvent de pierre posé sur une rangée de sept corbeaux. Les deux entourant celui du milieu sont sculptés de têtes de personnages (un donateur et son épouse). Sur les autres sont sculptés des animaux.

History
This church of the 11th and 12th centuries, of oriented plan, comprises a central vessel formed of a nave, a bay under the bell tower (transept) and the bay of the choir terminated by a semicircular apse. On each side there is an aisle of four bays. At the springing of the slightly broken barrel vault of the nave, there are circular openings of acoustic vases, a corbel projecting under each one. Capitals with sculptured baskets (water leaves, palmettes, interlacing, thin intertwined figures...). On the southern façade opens a round arch portal whose archivolt is decorated with a cordon of billets surmounted by a saw-tooth pattern. Above this archivolt, at the key, a horse is sculptured. A round arch of greater span surmounts the arch of the portal, forming a porch, itself surmounted by a stone canopy resting on a row of seven corbels. The two flanking the middle one are sculptured with heads of figures (a donor and his wife). On the others are sculptured animals.
