Historique
Situé à la sortie de Vannes, au nord, le manoir de Coedigo-Malenfant fut bâti à la fin du 16e siècle, probablement par un marchand drapier de Vannes, Jacques Colombel ; l'entablement supérieur d'une lucarne porte la date de 1588. Il fut acheté en 1719 par l'architecte vannetais Olivier Delourme, qui réalisa les châteaux de Loyat et de Kerguéhennec. Le bâtiment principal est constitué de deux pièces au rez-de-chaussée et à l'étage et d'une tour contenant l'escalier sur la façade postérieure ; un second bâtiment a été ajouté au nord, sans doute au 17e siècle.

History
Located at the exit of Vannes, to the north, the manor of Coedigo-Malenfant was built at the end of the 16th century, probably by a cloth merchant of Vannes, Jacques Colombel; the upper entablature of a dormer bears the date 1588. It was purchased in 1719 by the Vannes architect Olivier Delourme, who built the châteaux of Loyat and Kerguéhennec. The main building consists of two rooms on the ground floor and on the first floor and a tower containing the staircase on the rear façade; a second building was added to the north, probably in the 17th century.
