Petite chapelle du 15e siècle (date de 1494 sur les sablières) , élevée à la suite d'un voeu ou pour commémorer un fait qui, par la suite, est devenue lieu de pélerinage. Elle comprend encore son enclos, son calvaire et sa fontaine. Sur plan en croix latine, elle est bâtie en pierre de taille aux pignons, le reste étant en moëllons. Le pignon ouest est le plus ouvragé, avec mouluration encadrant la porte ogivale en saillie. Une flèche très allongée se trouve au centre de la nef. La fenêtre du chevet est flamboyante et contient quelques restes de vitraux. Les sablières de la nef et du choeur présentent, en plus de caractères gothiques, des personnages et des feuillages.

History
Small chapel of the 15th century (date of 1494 on the wall plates), erected following a vow or to commemorate an event which subsequently became a place of pilgrimage. It still comprises its enclosure, its calvary and its fountain. On Latin cross plan, it is built in dressed stone at the gables, the rest being in rubble stone. The west gable is the most ornamented, with moulding framing the projecting pointed arch door. A very elongated spire is found at the centre of the nave. The chevet window is Flamboyant and contains some remains of stained glass. The wall plates of the nave and choir present, in addition to Gothic characteristics, figures and foliage.
