Maison construite en 1616 par Louis et Yves Le Lozrec, syndics de la ville. L'édifice en granit appareillé comprend un rez-de-chaussée et un étage. Les baies sont irrégulières. La porte d'entrée est en anse de panier avec accolade. La tour de l'escalier à vis est ronde intérieurement et carrée extérieurement. Elle est percée de trois étages de baies en anse de panier. Cet immeuble est typique du vieux Port-Louis avant la transformation de la ville en ville royale. A noter, la persistance de la tradition gothique en plein 17e siècle.

History
House built in 1616 by Louis and Yves Le Lozrec, syndics of the town. The building in dressed granite comprises a ground floor and one storey. The openings are irregular. The entrance door is a basket-handle arch with accolade. The spiral staircase tower is round internally and square externally. It is pierced by three storeys of basket-handle arches. This building is typical of old Port-Louis before the transformation of the town into a royal town. To note, the persistence of the Gothic tradition in the full 17th century.
