C'est un édicule en granit, placé au milieu d'une petite enceinte formée par quatre murs. History
Chapel in the form of a Latin cross, built in granite, with wooden vaulting. Entrance porch with paired doors on the south gable of the transept. 16th century stained glass. The spire of the bell tower stands out octagonal with, as finish on the gallery, small bell turrets on colonnettes. The fountain bears the year 1574. It is a small shrine in granite, placed in the middle of a small enclosure formed by four walls. It consists of a niche under which springs the source, which is framed in a gable decorated with crockets, florets and terminated by a cross.
