La chapelle aurait été fondée au 16e siècle par Bertrand de Quilfistre, seigneur de Trémouar, dont le château était voisin. C'est un édifice de plan rectangulaire, formé d'une nef et d'un choeur, et terminé par une abside à trois pans. Chacun des pans coupés du chevet présente extérieurement un galbe aigu avec rampants ornés de crosses et choux. Les contreforts du choeur sont amortis de pinacles décorés. Ceux de la nef sont restés inachevés.

History
The chapel would have been founded in the 16th century by Bertrand de Quilfistre, lord of Trémouar, whose castle was nearby. It is an edifice of rectangular plan, formed of a nave and a choir, and terminated by an apse with three sides. Each of the chamfered sides of the chevet presents externally an acute curve with rampants ornamented with crosiers and cabbage leaves. The buttresses of the choir are capped with decorated pinnacles. Those of the nave remain unfinished.
