Historique
Cet ancien prieuré portait jadis le nom de Notre-Dame du Mont, puis de Kerléano. Il dépendait de l'abbaye de Saint-Sulpice-la-Forêt, couvent de femmes fondé vers la fin du 12e siècle. Les religieuses, après y avoir longtemps séjourné, furent rappelées à la maison mère, mais le bénéfice consistant en une chapelle, une maison avec ses dépendances et deux tenues à Kerléano, subsista jusqu'à la Révolution et des prieures en furent pourvues jusqu'en 1790. Tous les biens du prieuré furent confisqués à cette époque. La famille Cadoudal acquit une partie de ces biens. La chapelle se présente comme un petit édifice rectangulaire. History
This former priory was formerly called Notre-Dame du Mont, then Kerléano. It depended on the abbey of Saint-Sulpice-la-Forêt, convent of women founded towards the end of the 12th century. The nuns, after having stayed there for a long time, were recalled to the mother house, but the benefice consisting of a chapel, a house with its outbuildings and two holdings at Kerléano, subsisted until the Revolution and prioresses were appointed to it until 1790. All the priory's property was confiscated at that time. The Cadoudal family acquired part of these goods. The chapel presents itself as a small rectangular building. The western portal possesses decoration of Flamboyant and Renaissance style. The slopes of the gables are sculpted with animals. The priory buildings adjoin the chapel.
