Au moment de l'édification de l'enceinte, il est transporté au 13e siècle à sa place actuelle (1222). La chapelle fut construite à la fin du 15e siècle. Les bâtiments A et D datent du 17e siècle ; les bâtiments B et C du 18e.

Group of buildings dating from the 15th to the 18th century. The Saint-Nicolas hospital (Hôtel Dieu) was founded in the 12th century. At the time of the construction of the rampart, it was moved in the 13th century to its present location (1222). The chapel was constructed at the end of the 15th century. Buildings A and D date from the 17th century; buildings B and C from the 18th.
