Maison connue dès 1687 sous l'appellation hôtel de Bretagne. Les Bretagne étaient des bourgeois de Rennes. Auparavant, elle portait le nom de Rat Vizé. House known from 1687 under the designation hôtel de Bretagne. The Bretagne were bourgeois of Rennes. Previously, it bore the name Rat Vizé. The building is composed of a ground floor and two storeys. Above the ground floor extends a double line of exposed sculpted beams. The lower line is divided into four panels. The first three depict Renaissance scrollwork; the last represents two pointed-arch escutcheons, one of which bears the date 1586.
