Historique

History
Calvary erected in 1667, composed of three square steps supporting a granite base of which each upper angle is cut off by a volute. The granite shaft presents a square base with four chamfers determining the octagonal section of the rest of the shaft. At the summit, on a square capital, rests a kersanton console and the cross. At the foot of Christ is found an armorial shield, and on either side the Virgin and Saint John. On the other side, the group of Saint Anne and the Virgin Child is framed by two saintly personages, probable effigies of Saint James and Saint Barbara. An altar has been erected on the western face. In 1927, the calvary is restored by Monsieur Trémentine who has the statues of Saint John and Saint James placed there which were then on the calvary of Kerzean but which, according to him, came from that of Kergoal.
