History
The existence of the fortresses guarding the banks of the Trieux was a consequence of Norman invasions or wars, such as Saint-Clet which suffered from the Hundred Years' War. This manor is an old fortified farmhouse, independent of the lordships of the place. The building dates back to the 15th century and comprises a circular tower with a spiral staircase, a main building preserving fireplaces and interior doors with round-arch or pointed-arch granite surrounds, and outbuildings.
