History
In 1691, the town of Quintin is elevated to a duchy. This building is a fine example of 18th-century architecture. It is a house in granite with a central mullion and two doors. The wide openings of the ground floor as well as the doors are dressed stone, a circular form connecting the jambs. The first floor still possesses the glazing bars of the windows. The third floor is pierced by dormer windows with pediments, the one in the middle being dated 1728.
