Moulin à vent présumé du 17e siècle, de type coquetier, appareillé en moellons à joints vifs. Sa tour, bien qu'écrêtée, est représentative d'une catégorie assez rare d'anciens moulins de cette partie de la Bretagne. Le type de mur-bahut sur encorbellement peu saillant est une mise en oeuvre voisine de l'architecture militaire. Une statistique générale datant de 1844 signale quatre moulins à Perros-Guirec : trois moulins à eau et un seul moulin à vent. A l'intérieur, vestiges d'un escalier en pierre.

History
Windmill presumed to be from the 17th century, of coquetier type, built of rubble stone with bright joints. Its tower, although truncated, is representative of a fairly rare category of old mills in this part of Brittany. The type of wall-base on slight corbelling is an implementation close to military architecture. A general statistic dating from 1844 reports four mills in Perros-Guirec: three water mills and a single windmill. Inside, remains of a stone staircase.
