Construction confiée à Jacques Curadelle, neveu par alliance de Jean Thiriot, architecte du Cardinal de Richelieu. Façades sur cour des 18e et 19e siècle. Côté rue, baies avec châssis à petits bois et cabochons, et quelques vestiges de volets d'époque. La cage d'escalier comporte encore les dispositions du milieu du 17e siècle (rampes en fer forgé et à balustres en bois ; vantaux à claire-voie ; marches et tommettes).

Remnant of a campaign of construction of rental complexes undertaken by the House and Society of Sorbonne between 1666 and 1670. Construction entrusted to Jacques Curadelle, nephew by marriage of Jean Thiriot, architect of the Cardinal of Richelieu. Façades on the court from the 18th and 19th centuries. On the street side, openings with small-paned sashes and cabochons, and some remnants of period shutters. The stairwell still retains the provisions of the mid-17th century (wrought iron railings and balustrades in wood; clear-glazed shutters; steps and floor tiles).
