Construction, confiée à Jacques Curadelle, comprenant trois étages et un étage de combles. Façade sur cour des 18e et 19e siècles. La cage d'escalier comporte encore les dispositions du milieu du 17e siècle (rampe en fer forgé et à balustrade en bois, vantaux à claire-voie, marches et tommettes).

Vestige of a campaign of construction of rental housing undertaken by the Maison et Société de Sorbonne between 1666 and 1670. Construction, entrusted to Jacques Curadelle, comprising three storeys and a roof space storey. Façade on the courtyard of the 18th and 19th centuries. The stairwell still displays the arrangements of the mid-17th century (wrought iron handrail and wooden balustrade, slatted doors, steps and terracotta tiles).
