Construite en maçonnerie ordinaire de meulière, enduite en blanc, la villa, qui peut rappeler une "folie" du 18e siècle, est décorée par des artistes de la Compagnie des Arts français associés avec l'architecte : le peintre André Mare, le ferronnier Richard-Georges Desvallières et l'architecte-paysagiste Paul Vera, auteur des mascarons sculptés. History
Villa built from 1922 to 1928 by architect Louis Sue, for dramatist and filmmaker Yves Mirande. Occupied for only a short time by Mirande, it is sold in 1928 to industrialist Emile Sabatier. Built in ordinary millstone masonry, finished white, the villa, which may recall an 18th-century "folly", is decorated by artists of the Compagnie des Arts français associated with the architect: painter André Mare, ironsmith Richard-Georges Desvallières and landscape architect Paul Vera, author of the sculpted mascarons.
