Synagogue construite en 1911 par l'architecte Emmanuel-Elisée Pontremoli. La construction est financée par la baronne Edmond de Rothschild qui donne aussi le terrain, pris sur son parc. Edifiée en brique, la synagogue, de plan carré, s'inspire de l'architecture byzantine. Les charpentes apparentes sont décorées de motifs géométriques colorés, oeuvre du peintre Gustave-Louis Jaulmes.

History
Synagogue built in 1911 by architect Emmanuel-Elisée Pontremoli. The construction was financed by the Baroness Edmond de Rothschild who also donated the land, taken from her park. Built in brick, the synagogue, of square plan, draws inspiration from Byzantine architecture. The exposed roof structures are decorated with coloured geometric motifs, work of painter Gustave-Louis Jaulmes.
