History
Situated at the site of the café-concert of the Elysée-Montmartre, destroyed by fire in February 1900, the Théâtre Victor-Hugo is rebuilt in 1902 for Chauvin, its director. After serving as a café-concert and music hall, the building is used as a cinema from 1936 onwards. Italian-style auditorium.
