L'immeuble sur l'avenue, comptant sept étages, est destiné à une clientèle bourgeoise ; celui de la rue Lancret, de cinq étages seulement, est dévolu à une clientèle plus modeste. Le traitement des façades est différencié, mais toutes deux comportent des éléments fonctionnels et décoratifs en fonte, dessinés par l'architecte. La cour est commune aux deux immeubles.

History
Two apartment buildings built from 1904 to 1905 by architect Hector Guimard for the developer Louis Jassedé. The building on the avenue, comprising seven storeys, is intended for a bourgeois clientele; that on rue Lancret, of only five storeys, is devoted to a more modest clientele. The treatment of the façades is differentiated, but both include functional and decorative elements in cast iron, designed by the architect. The courtyard is shared by the two buildings.
