Hôtel particulier constructed in 1910-1911 by architect François Le Coeur for André Fontaine, inspector general of Public Education and art historian. The building, called Hôtel Fontaine, is situated at the centre of a garden surrounded by pavilions. It is realised in reinforced cement with very plain façades in hollow brick.
