Les ateliers sont éclairés par les grandes verrières de deux bow-windows rectangulaires, s'étirant sur six étages et caractérisées par le graphisme géométrique de leurs menuiseries. Le cinéma, inauguré en septembre 1934, possède une salle d'une capacité de 278 places. Sous les noms de "Raspail 216" et "Studio Raspail", il a accueilli le public jusqu'en 1982.

History
Building comprising artists' studios and apartments, as well as a small cinema on the ground floor, built in 1932 by Bruno Elkouken, architect of Polish origin, arrived in Paris in 1920 and left for the United States in 1937.
