La façade, primée au concours des façades de la Ville de Paris en 1913, se caractérise par ses deux bow-windows et ses grandes baies vitrées éclairant les ateliers. Au quatrième niveau, une frise de feuilles de lierre jaune sur fond brun est réalisée selon le procédé de décoration murale dit "sgraffito".

History
Residential building and artists' studios constructed in 1913 by architect Emile Molinié. The façade, awarded a prize in the façade competition of the City of Paris in 1913, is characterised by its two bow-windows and large glazed openings lighting the studios. At the fourth level, a frieze of yellow ivy leaves on a brown background is realised according to the wall decoration process known as "sgraffito".
