Situé aux abords du parc Montsouris, cet édifice, réalisé en béton armé, appartient à ce que l'architecte a appelé sa "série blanche", dont l'immeuble de la rue Guynemer (voir notice PA00088587) est le prototype. Il reprend les motifs architecturaux de bow-windows et de petits oeils-de-boeuf au rez-de-chaussée. La façade de ce niveau est ornée de mosaïques que l'on retrouve dans les bordures autour des baies.

History
Building of dwellings and artists' workshops built in 1930 by the architect Michel Roux-Spitz. Located on the edges of the Montsouris park, this building, constructed in reinforced concrete, belongs to what the architect called his "white series", of which the building in rue Guynemer (see notice PA00088587) is the prototype. It takes up the architectural motifs of bow-windows and small oeil-de-boeuf openings on the ground floor. The façade of this level is decorated with mosaics that are found in the borders around the openings.
