Tour s'élevant à l'ouest de la ville, près de la rue dite Ofengasse. Cette tour, aujourd'hui appelée Tour du Pétrole (ayant probablement servi temporairement de dépôt de pétrole) était, autrefois, aussi dénommée Tour des citoyens. Arrondie d'une part, elle se termine par un mur droit d'autre part. Sur l'un de ses côtés, subsiste l'amorce du mur d'enceinte, ainsi qu'un contrefort orné de bossages.

History
Tower rising to the west of the town, near the street called Ofengasse. This tower, today called Petroleum Tower (having probably served temporarily as a petroleum depot) was, formerly, also named Citizens' Tower. Rounded on one side, it ends with a straight wall on the other. On one of its sides, remains the beginning of the enclosure wall, as well as a buttress adorned with rustication.
