Villa pittoresque mélangeant des références historicistes du Moyen Age et de la Renaissance, construite de 1901 à 1902 par l'architecte Albert Nadler pour l'entrepreneur Otto Gunderloch. L'une des dernières villas qui bordaient autrefois le parc Contades (aménagé en 1764) , elle porte le nom de la famille de l'architecte Osterloff, devenu propriétaire en 1929. La villa a été restaurée en 1993.

History
Picturesque villa blending historicist references from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, built from 1901 to 1902 by architect Albert Nadler for builder Otto Gunderloch. One of the last villas that formerly bordered Parc Contades (laid out in 1764), it bears the name of the family of architect Osterloff, who became owner in 1929. The villa was restored in 1993.
