Building for commercial and residential use, built in 1905 by architects Frantz Lütke and Heinrich Backes for Emil Gersbach. Art Nouveau is limited to the décor and more particularly to the ironwork of the balconies. The ground floor, originally intended for a spirits business, was disfigured by the creation of a Citroën agency shop.
