De nombreux pélerins jacobites traversaient le hameau. La croix est posée sur un pilier carré qui s'élève en s'amincissant légèrement. Les bras horizontaux sont soutenus par deux têtes dont les traits sont simplement gravés, sculptées dans les angles. Le bras vertical supérieur porte l'inscription INRI au-dessus d'un Christ aux bras levés, au bout desquels les mains sont largement ouvertes. Au verso est gravée l'inscription "Ave spes unica". Des demi-boules amortissent chacun des bras de la croix.

History
Many Jacobite pilgrims crossed the hamlet. The cross is set upon a square pillar which rises while tapering slightly. The horizontal arms are supported by two heads whose features are simply engraved, sculpted in the angles. The upper vertical arm bears the inscription INRI above a Christ with raised arms, at the ends of which the hands are widely open. On the reverse the inscription "Ave spes unica" is engraved. Half-spheres terminate each arm of the cross.
