Cet immeuble est sans doute l'une des plus anciennes maisons de la rue. Construit à la fin du 16e siècle ou au début du 17e, il serait, selon la tradition, l'ancien hôtel de la famille de Belzunce. L'hôtel est séparé de la rue par une construction plus récente qu'il faut traverser pour parvenir à une petite cour intérieure carrée qui précède un perron donnant accès au premier niveau du bâtiment. Il se compose d'un corps central avec deux ailes en retour d'équerre. Seules les façades est et sud ont conservé leur décor architectural : de larges bandeaux horizontaux définissent les deux étages sur le rez-de-chaussée surélevé, tandis que les fenêtres rectangulaires encadrées d'une chaîne harpée en bossage marquent les divisions verticales. La porte d'accès est logée dans l'angle rentrant des bâtiments est et sud et présente en plan une section semi-hexagonale. Des pilastres supportent un linteau sculpté, lui-même surmonté d'un fronton triangulaire brisé d'où sort un gros pédoncule à boule. L'escalier se déploie en prenant appui sur un gros pilier carré qui reçoit les arêtes des voûtes. Dans le vestibule, un Atlante en pierre est adossé à un pilier.

History
This building is undoubtedly one of the oldest houses on the street. Built at the end of the 16th century or beginning of the 17th, it would be, according to tradition, the former hotel of the de Belzunce family. The hotel is separated from the street by a more recent construction which must be crossed to reach a small square interior courtyard which precedes a perron giving access to the first level of the building. It consists of a central body with two wings set at right angles. Only the east and south façades have retained their architectural decoration: large horizontal bands define the two floors above the raised ground floor, while rectangular windows framed by a rusticated bossage chain mark the vertical divisions. The access door is housed in the re-entrant angle of the east and south buildings and presents in plan a semi-hexagonal section. Pilasters support a sculpted lintel, itself surmounted by a broken triangular pediment from which projects a large peduncle with a ball. The staircase unfolds taking support on a large square pillar which receives the edges of the vaults. In the vestibule, a stone Atlante is set against a pillar.
