Historique
Daniel du Breuilh, grand argentier des écuries d'Albret, accueillit plusieurs fois dans cet immeuble, entre 1576 et 1588, le futur duc de Sully. Le ministre de Henri IV y séjourna également lors de ses passages à Nérac, entre 1610 et 1641. L'ensemble se compose de deux grands corps de logis séparés par une cour intérieure et reliés par une tour à pans coupés contenant un escalier à vis, desservant directement les étages du premier corps de logis, et par l'intermédiaire de galeries couvertes, les étages du deuxième corps. La façade sur rue Sully a été restaurée au 17e siècle, avec une porte à pilastres et fronton triangulaire brisé, ainsi que la boutique sous arc surbaissé.

History
Daniel du Breuilh, great master of the stables of Albret, received several times in this building, between 1576 and 1588, the future Duke of Sully. The minister of Henri IV also stayed there during his passages through Nérac, between 1610 and 1641. The whole consists of two large main dwellings separated by an interior courtyard and connected by a tower with cut angles containing a spiral staircase, serving directly the floors of the first main dwelling, and by means of covered galleries, the floors of the second body. The façade on rue Sully was restored in the 17th century, with a door with pilasters and broken triangular pediment, as well as the shop under a depressed arch.
