Edifice construit sur le mur qui délimitait le "Jardin du Roy", en face de l'ancien parc royal. Il est construit sur plan octogonal, couronné par une corniche en pierre, et surmonté d'un comble à segments curvilignes rappelant les formes de la Renaissance italienne. La façade sud a été prolongée jusqu'à la banquette longeant le chemin de halage de la Baïse. La couverture est en petites tuiles plates à crochet du 16e siècle. L'édifice se compose d'un rez-de-chaussée sous charpente apparente.

History
Building constructed on the wall which bounded the "King's Garden", opposite the former royal park. It is built on an octagonal plan, crowned by a stone cornice, and surmounted by a roof with curvilinear segments recalling the forms of Italian Renaissance. The south facade has been extended to the banquette running along the towing path of the Baïse. The roof covering is in small flat roof tiles with hook from the 16th century. The building consists of a ground storey under exposed roof structure.
