Historique

History
An ensemble comprising a main house and agricultural buildings around a square courtyard which was, originally, closed by a wrought-iron grille placed between two entrance pavilions. This grille was removed, sold and melted down when the furniture was seized by the Revolutionary Tribunal in 1794. The main dwelling is served by a staircase decorated with a wrought-iron railing which serves the rooms on the first floor. The dining room is decorated with Louis XIII woodwork. The agricultural buildings preserve the trace of a large cellar, to the north of the courtyard, with the remains of the vat and the location of the large fermentation vats. Two vaulted barns served, one to store the wine, the other was converted into a stable. In the rest of the buildings is found what should have been staff quarters, a saddle room, a kennel, a bread oven, stables and rooms for various uses. To the south, the pigeon house preserves about a hundred nests. A large central pivot post with its ladder allows access to the roosting holes.
