Historique
Edifice roman construit sur un site antique réoccupé par une nécropole mérovingienne. Remanié au 13e siècle (façade terminée par un mur-pignon et murs gouttereaux de la nef). Au début du 16e siècle, le chevet est reconstruit et percé de baies flamboyantes. L'église fut fortifiée durant les guerres de Religion. La sacristie date de 1653. Derrière le grand retable se trouvent cachés les aménagements de la partie gothique : décor ouvragé du chevet et décor peint de la fin du 15e siècle.

History
Romanesque building constructed on an antique site reoccupied by a Merovingian necropolis. Remodelled in the 13th century (façade terminated by a gable wall and eaves walls of the nave). In the early 16th century, the chevet was rebuilt and pierced with Flamboyant openings. The church was fortified during the Wars of Religion. The sacristy dates from 1653. Behind the great retable are hidden the arrangements of the Gothic part: elaborate decoration of the chevet and painted decoration from the end of the 15th century.
