En 1787, Jacques Patin, contrôleur au bureau des fermes du Roi, achète la demeure qu'il fait probablement restaurer et agrandir (dépendances). Il l'agrémente d'un porche à colonnes et d'une orangerie. L'édifice se compose d'une demeure prolongée à l'est par d'anciennes dépendances et à l'ouest par l'orangerie. Un parc s'étend devant le côté sud des bâtiments.

History
In 1787, Jacques Patin, controller at the office of the King's tax farms, purchases the dwelling which he probably has restored and enlarged (outbuildings). He embellishes it with a porch with columns and an orangery. The building consists of a dwelling extended to the east by old outbuildings and to the west by the orangery. A park extends in front of the south side of the buildings.
