Historique
Eglise romane du 12e siècle, dotée en 1685 d'un bas-côté sud. La nef principale rectangulaire est lambrissée et précède une abside un peu plus resserrée, formée d'un rectangle et d'un demi cercle. L'abside se termine par un cul de four. Deux pilastres marquent la séparation de l'abside et du choeur. La façade ouest comporte une porte romane flanquée de deux fausses portes richement décorées. La porte centrale a trois arcades cintrées en retrait, portées sur des colonnes. Les archivoltes sont décorées de dents de scie et d'entrelacs. Les chapiteaux des colonnes sont ornés de personnages à costumes striés, de figures de quadrupèdes et d'oiseaux, d'une sirène, de palmes, de pommes de pin... Sur le tympan sans linteau sont représentés la Vierge et Saint-Pierre. Au-dessous, un médaillon renferme une croix grecque. Les deux fausses portes présentent une ornementation identique.

History
Romanesque church from the 12th century, endowed in 1685 with a southern aisle. The main rectangular nave is panelled and precedes an apse somewhat narrower, formed of a rectangle and a semicircle. The apse ends with a conch vault. Two pilasters mark the separation of the apse and the choir. The western façade has a Romanesque door flanked by two false doors richly decorated. The central door has three round arches set back, borne on columns. The archivolts are decorated with sawtooth and interlaces. The capitals of the columns are adorned with figures in striped costumes, figures of quadrupeds and birds, a mermaid, palms, pinecones... On the tympanum without lintel are represented the Virgin and Saint-Peter. Below, a medallion contains a Greek cross. The two false doors present identical ornamentation.
