Le rez-de-chaussée et le premier étage datent de l'ordonnance primitive de la place et des allées de Tourny. Les parties hautes ont été modifiées au début du 19e siècle. History
The ground floor and first floor date from the original design of the place and the allées de Tourny. The upper parts were modified in the early 19th century. The ground floor is treated as a plinth with large arcades with rustication and sculpted keys. The arcades frame the mezzanine openings. A Corinthian order with pilaster rises over the two storeys, supporting the cornice of a Mansart roof with stone dormers with sculpted key and rounded pediment.
