Immeuble surélevé à la fin du 18e siècle, en transformation de l'ordonnance primitive de la place Tourny. Au rez-de-chaussée, trois grandes arcades entre pilastres doriques encadrent les baies d'entre-sol. Au premier étage, trois portes-fenêtres à balcon à clé sculptée, sont encadrées d'un ordre de pilastres. Au-dessus des pilastres se décrochent les corniches. Les anciennes lucarnes ont été transformées en portes-fenêtres avec balcon en ferronnerie.

History
Building raised at the end of the 18th century, in transformation of the original arrangement of the place Tourny. On the ground floor, three large arcades between Doric pilasters frame the openings of the entresol. On the first floor, three French doors with balcony with sculptured key, are framed by an order of pilasters. Above the pilasters the cornices step back. The old dormers have been transformed into French doors with ironwork balcony.
