Historique
L'édifice mis au jour a toutes les apparences d'une basilique. Le vaisseau principal se termine par une abside qu'épaulent des contreforts. Un mur circulaire entoure cette abside et pourrait faire penser à un déambulatoire. Des locaux annexes existent de chaque côté de la nef. La construction est entièrement faite de petits moellons sommairement équarris, hourdis en mortier de chaux.

History
The structure uncovered has all the appearance of a basilica. The main vessel ends in an apse which is buttressed by counterforces. A circular wall surrounds this apse and might suggest a deambulatory. Ancillary rooms exist on either side of the nave. The construction is entirely made of small roughly squared rubble stone, mortared with lime mortar.
