Les cabanes en pierre sèche constituent l'une des composantes caractéristiques du paysage périgourdin. Ces cabanes sont toujours implantées dans d'anciennes régions viticoles. Elles ont sans doute été bâties, pour leur majorité, au 19e siècle, et ne peuvent être antérieures au 17e. La cabane servait d'abri temporaire pour le repas ou le temps d'une averse, ou le repos. Ici, construction à pierre sèche de base carrée, aux angles arrondis et couverte d'un dôme galbé. Anneaux de pierre pour l'attache des animaux. A l'intérieur se trouve un niveau bergerie avec trois niches dans les murs ; un niveau grenier sous voûte encorbellée avec solivage.

History
The dry stone cabins constitute one of the characteristic components of the Périgord landscape. These cabins are always implanted in former wine-growing regions. They were undoubtedly built, for the majority, in the 19th century, and cannot be earlier than the 17th. The cabin served as temporary shelter for a meal or in time of a shower, or rest. Here, dry stone construction of square base, with rounded angles and covered with a curved dome. Stone rings for the tether of animals.
