Construction en pierre de base carrée (6x6 mètres) , couverte d'un toit pyramidal en lauze, entourée de nombreuses ruines. Sur la face ouest émerge une souche de cheminée, ruinée au niveau du versant du toit. Les trois autres versants portent un outeau. La face sud s'ouvre par une petite fenêtre. La face est, s'ouvre une porte d'entrée. A l'intérieur, un plancher sur solives délimite un espace grenier (une structure encorbellée supporte le toit, sans doute quatre pans encorbellés se contrebutent sur arêtes, ou bien une voûte encorbellée). La construction est exceptionnelle pour ses dimensions. £Ces cabanes de pierre sèche constituent l'une des composantes caractéristiques du paysage périgourdin. Elles sont toujours implantées dans d'anciennes régions viticoles.

History
Construction of stone with square base (6x6 metres), covered by a pyramidal roof of slate, surrounded by numerous ruins. On the west face emerges a chimney stack, ruined at the level of the roof slope. The three other slopes bear a vent. The south face opens by a small window. The east face, a entrance door opens. Inside, a wooden floor on joists delimits a loft space (a corbelled structure supports the roof, perhaps four corbelled hips buttress each other on ridges, or else a corbelled vault). The construction is exceptional for its dimensions. These dry stone cabins constitute one of the characteristic components of the Périgord landscape. They are always located in former wine-growing regions.
