L'église est assez typique des petits édifices de cette région, composée d'une nef unique ouvrant sur le massif carré d'une tour et terminée par un choeur en cul de four. L'ensemble date du 12e siècle, la tour formant transept est voûtée intérieurement d'une coupole sur pendentif. Choeur et coupole ont conservé leur caractère d'origine. Le clocher s'élève à l'avant du choeur, le sommet ayant été abaissé. Le porche roman a été modifié dans sa partie haute au 17e siècle.

History
The church is fairly typical of the small buildings of this region, composed of a single nave opening onto the square mass of a tower and terminated by a choir in the form of a half-dome. The whole dates from the 12th century, the tower forming the transept is vaulted internally with a cupola on pendentive. Choir and cupola have retained their original character. The bell tower rises before the choir, the summit having been lowered. The Romanesque porch was modified in its upper part in the 17th century.
