L'hôpital actuel se trouve enclos dans ce qui formait l'ancien castrum de Belvés. Les remparts sont demeurés intacts et les murs de l'hôpital s'élèvent dessus. History
The present hospital is enclosed within what formed the old castrum of Belvés. The ramparts have remained intact and the walls of the hospital rise above them. The tower, of an ovoid form, is crowned with a roof of turrets partly covered with fish scales using flat tiles. The tower from the 15th century is misaligned over foundations from the 12th century.
