Situated at the upper end of SW side of Alma Street (A 487), attached to Hafan to E.
History
Mid C19 village house, not marked on 1840 Tithe Map.
Exterior
Unpainted roughcast with stucco dressings, bracket eaves, slate roof and roughcast end stacks. Two-storey, three-window range of hornless 12-pane sashes with centre ledged door and radiating-bar fanlight. Openings have plain raised surrounds, angles have channelled piers.
House is built on a terrace, but left side has access way to basement door. Stable door with strap hinges.
Reason for designation
One of a row of houses of the Aberaeron type lining main road in Llanarth.
