History
Early C19 (shown on 1834 survey map)
Exterior
Georgian 3-storey, 3-window cement render front with later alterations; depp ground floor architrave and plinth punctuated to the right by pilasters. Slate roof, brick end chimney stacks. Various sash windows, mostly replaced but small-pane glazing retained to 2nd floor right. Contemporary 5-light shop front with swept out cornice to left flanked by pilasters. Paired entrances to centre; 6-panel door to Exeter House, boarded door to The Pines, blocked opening to right.
