Situated to front of property which is roughly midway along street.
History
Earlier C19 wrought iron railings and gate similar to those on No 2 and on Picton Terrace.
Exterior
Dwarf wall in roughcast render with slate coping. Wrought iron railings similar to No 2 with spiked finials with flanking scrolls alternately rising above middle and upper horizontal bars. Stanchions with urn finials. Matching gate.
Reason for designation
Included as a good example of local ironwork of the earlier C19 and for group value with the house.
