Location
Situated in meadowland about 1.25 km SW of Kinnerton.
History
Dated 1851, replacing old house on adjacent site.
Exterior
Good quality coursed, squared rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. Two storeys, simple rectangular plan with lower service range at west end. Advanced central gabled bay to (south) garden front, gabled eaves dormers to front and rear, slate roof. Three tall stone stacks with chamfered corners and oversailing courses. Sixteen-pane sashes under cambered voussoir lintels. Trelliswork porch to garden elevation, stone and slate porch to north front. Date plaque in apex of south gable.
Reason for designation
Fine unspoilt example of an early Victorian farmhouse.
